Delivery
We aim (but do not guarantee) to process your order within 2 days of receipt and deliver within 5 days. If on a rare occasion your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and be informed of the delay in sending out your order. If you have any delivery concerns, please email us: sales@puzzled-kids and we will be happy to help.

All items are subject to availability.

All orders are sent to the supplied PayPal address, orders with unconfirmed addresses may take longer to dispatch or may even be cancelled.
Orders to UK addresses with a valid post code are charged at a fixed rate £3.95.

We only ship to UK addresses.

If you require an urgent delivery or have a special delivery request, please contact us before placing your order.


Representation of Goods
Every effort is made to represent goods as accurately as possible.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Every effort is made to describe goods accurately.


Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of an item being damaged or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email - we will replace or refund goods but we may ask you to return the items to us first. All incorrect or damaged items must be returned by the customer but postage costs incurred will be refunded in full. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure goods are delivered safely back to us.

Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you have ordered the wrong product or you have changed your mind, you have 7 days to contact us via email to request a refund/exchange and 30 days from the date of delivery to return the goods. You as the consumer are responsible for returning unwanted items and also the cost of doing so. As soon as we have the goods back and assuming they are in unused condition we will issue a full refund for any returned items - as per the Distance Selling Regulations, we do not charge a restocking fee or deduct postage costs from your refund. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to return any unwanted goods as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing during delivery.

Privacy Policy
We are commited to keeping your personal details safe and secure.
No payment details are sent to us here, meaning that PayPal hold all of your sensitive credit/debit card details using a very a high level of encryption and all sensitive information is automatically encrypted to protect our customers (the PayPal privacy policy can be viewed by clicking on the Privacy Policy tab at the checkout.)

You are free to browse the Puzzled-Kids.co.uk website without disclosing any personal information. If at any point you give us your information, either by ordering or signing up to a competition or newsletter, we will not make any of your details including your email address available to any third parties. We may on occasions send you electronic mail informing you of special offers or new products, by supplying your details you are agreeing to receive such mail. 

We may occasionally use cookies (small text files created on your computer) to track shopping basket contents or statistical information on visitor levels and click trends - if you do not wish to let us use cookies, please disable this feature in your internet browser.
